The profile fills in after the call.

Dana calls your business number. It rings through to your cell.

How it works

Set up in five minutes. Notes forever after.

1

Pick a local number

Choose a number in your area code. It rings straight through to your cell.

2

Talk like you always do

Calls are recorded after a short notice and transcribed seconds after you hang up.

3

Profiles fill themselves in

CallCompass picks out what matters and files it under the right person, quote included.

Recording & transcripts

Every word, both sides.

Each call is recorded on two channels and transcribed seconds after you hang up, so “you” and “your client” are never mixed up. Missed calls go to voicemail, which is transcribed too.

DanaThe second one had the yard we wanted. Can we see it Saturday?
YouSaturday at 11 works. I'll confirm with the listing agent.
DanaGreat, and we'd still need three bedrooms minimum.

Client profiles

Notes with receipts.

Budget, timeline, pre-approval, neighborhoods, must-haves: CallCompass files each detail under the right person, with the exact words it came from and a link back to the call.

Change tracking

When plans change, you'll know.

If a client's budget or timeline moves, CallCompass doesn't quietly overwrite it. You see what was on file, what they just said, and decide which one stays.

Outbound calls

Call out from your business number.

Dial your CallCompass number from your cell, type your client's number, and they see your business line. Your personal number stays personal, and the call is recorded like any other.

Is CallCompass right for you?

Great fit if you…

  • work solo and live on the phone
  • juggle buyers, sellers and renters at the same time
  • want to remember what a lead said three weeks ago
  • would rather keep your personal number private

Not yet a fit if you…

  • need a shared team inbox or CRM sync
  • mostly text with clients (calls only, for now)
  • work outside the US and Canada

Trust

Your calls stay yours.

CallCompass only works if agents trust it with real conversations. Here's exactly what happens to them.

Clients know they're recorded

Every recorded call opens with a short “this call may be recorded” notice. It's on by default, because some states require everyone's consent, and because your clients deserve to hear it. Check your brokerage's rules too; the FAQ explains the details.

Your number stays yours

Clients only ever see your business number. Calls ring through to your cell, and outbound calls show the business number too. Your personal number is never shared with clients.

Questions, answered

Is it legal to record my calls?

Every recorded call starts with a short “this call may be recorded” notice to your client. Some states require everyone on a call to consent to recording, so the notice is on by default. Your brokerage may have its own rules too, so check with them.

Will clients see my personal cell number?

No. Clients call and see your CallCompass number. Calls ring through to your cell, so you answer like you always do.

How do I call a client from my CallCompass number?

Call your own CallCompass number from your cell, enter your client's number and press #. They see your CallCompass number, and the call is recorded and added to their profile.

What happens when I miss a call?

After about 20 seconds the caller can leave a voicemail. It's recorded, transcribed and added to their profile like any call.

What happens when the free trial ends?

We ask for a card when you start the 7-day trial and charge it when the trial ends: $45/month, or $384 once a year ($32/month) on the yearly plan. Cancel anytime before then from your billing settings.

Your next client call could take its own notes.
